"I was VERY impressed with Absolut's professionalism. My situation was urgent and they were mindful of that fact. They came to my house to give me an estimate only a few hours after I called them. I signed the contract with them that evening (this was on a Friday). The following Tuesday, on New Year's Eve, a crew of about 8-10 guys showed up and worked all day in the cold to get the roof done. They only had a small amount left to do, so three of the guys came back on New Year's Day to complete the job and clean up. Wow! How many other companies would show up on a holiday?? Their workmanship is top notch and they cleaned up better than any crew I have ever seen. They even went around with something to pick up all the metal nails and screws from the ground and grass, hauled away all of the trash and used a leaf blower to make sure my deck, porch and sidewalk were all clean. The roof is beautiful. They even use 5-6 nails in each shingle even though they are only required to use 4. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone for a new roof and would not hesitate to use them in the future."

"Arrived on time. Was very honest about diagnosing what repairs were needed. Showed me pictures of damage on his phone before beginning repairs. It turned out I needed something different than what I originally suspected as being the problem. He could have over billed me. Other contractors that looked at my roof did not mention what was visibly in need of repair.I have to give them very high marks for being honest and actually charging me less than the job would have cost due to their identifying what was actually wrong and not what I suspected.Its good to know I have someone I can call on to perform work in the future in Saint Albans"
